Day 1
Whole day wine tour with tastings included. We will visit one of most famous DOC wine areas in Puglia where the Negroamaro DOC wine is produced. All wineries included are selected for the quality of their wines.
Day 2
We visit another famous DOC wine area of Puglia where the famous Primitivo DOC wine is produced. You will taste other interesting wines made by very select wineries.
Day 3
We will visit a famous extra virgin olive oil producer who is also a wine maker. You will learn about another DOC wine, which the Salice Salentino and taste other excellent wines.
Day 4
We will visit another wine area of Puglia where wines are produced out of ancient grapes: Sussumaniello and Ottavianello. You will taste very high quality wines.
