Our week long courses in Pulgia incur no single supplement, which is an added bonus for the single traveller. Our courses are held during the months of May, September and October.

Itinerary
Day 1
On arrival at Brindisi airport you are transfered by minibus to Casino Pisanelli where you will receive welcome drinks and dinner
Day 2
After breakfast you have your first cooking lesson, followed by lunch. In the afternoon there is a visit to Santa Maria di Leuca. You'll then enjoy an aperitivo at Santa Maria di Leuca followed by dinner back in the villa
Day 3
The morning is spent cooking in the kitchen and you have the afternoon free to enjoy at your leisure. Dinner in the evening is served at the villa
Day 4
After breakfast you spend the morning in the kitchen again with another lesson followed by lunch. The afternoon is spent exploring the local villages of Ruffano, Tricase and Depressa followed by a private wine tasting at Castel di Salve winery after which you return to Casino Pisanelli for dinner
Day 5
Leave after breakfast for full day outing, firstly to Otranto with the chance to visit the weekly market and then lunch at a typical Masseria in the country. Afternoon visit to Lecce and a private walking tour around the City with English an speaking guide. Dinner at Casino Pisanelli
Day 6
After breakfast there is another cooking lesson followed by lunch. Afternoon visit to Gallipoli and the chance to wander around the old town. As for dinner, you dine at an excellent local fish restaurant
Day 7
After breakfast you have your final cooking lesson. Afternoon free (possible visit to local craftsmen) followed by dinner
Day 8
Depart for Brindisi airport after breakfast

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
