Punta Giglio is the name of a cliff set in the beautiful nature reserve of Porto Conte. It offers various sign-posted paths to choose from and several shaded picnic areas. The site is located to the north of Alghero approx 20 minutes by car and offers marvellous views of both the sea and the Capo Caccia promontory. Walk or cycle through shaded woods to top of cliff and visit the site of WWII barracks and gun turrets. Height approx 100m. Some slightly steep and rough terrain.
