Itinerary
Day 1
According to the legend, after the creation of the world, there were few stones left in the God's hand and he threw them over his shoulder into the sea. But the God also was curious so he looked back. He was satisfied with the sight of 140 islands, islets and cliffs that form the most scattered island range in the Mediterranean sea.
The name of Kornati originates from the Latin verb "chorrinare" meaning "dispersed islands".
The sailors, sailing often among the islands, understood the God's satisfaction.
But the beauty of the Kornati Islands is not ment only for sailors. Our human curiosity leads us,the ordinary people ,there too. Because of that we invite you to come and visit the Kornati archipelago.
