Itinerary

Day 1

We are faced with an exciting trip on two wheels in the heart of Rhodopi Mountains. It will be unforgettable visit with their nature and people.
Today's adventure begins from the mountain village Dobrostan from where we will pass the picturesque plateau of Dobrostan's massif and then a tucked valley, passing through Vrata Village we will reach the rocky phenomenon Belintash : prolonged rocky plateau where we could see the whole country and where the traces of antiquity could be seen clearly. The length of the rocky ground is 300 m, with altitude 1225 m. Covered with mysticism and legends the majestic silhouette of Belintash soars over the picturesque Rhodopi villages : Mostovo, Sini Vrah, Vrata as well as some interesting with its antiquity hamlets.

We will walk and see the odd rocky formations, finding out the different legends of the country. Then we will set off for the last point of our adventure Topolovo Village. We are faced with 3-4 hours descending along black forest road and paths, through mountain streams and meadows. The itinerary ends in the Centre for Adventure Tourism : Topolovo Village where we could have a rest.

Difficulty: The program is appropriate for well and very well prepared bicyclists.

Equipment: Appropriate equipment for biking according to the season and the weather, comfortable shoes, small sack where we will put our lunch, water or soft drink.
