ITINERARY
Day 1 - Step aboard your crewed yacht and meet your crew, Have a welcome aboard specialty cocktail while your captain gives you a briefing about the yacht.
When ready, cast off from the dock and get ready for a spectacular sail across the Sir Frances Drake channel, heading towards Norman Island, famous for its pirate coves and the Willy T. Stop at the Indians for a snorkel or on to the Caves, you will be amazed by the variety of sea life and beautiful coral that makes these two places unforgettable. Lunch will be prepared by your very own personal chef, with cocktails and hors-d’oeuvres to follow around five. Then finish the evening off with a romantic dinner taking you into a warm starlit evening.
Day 2 - After a good night's rest start the day with a hearty breakfast then set sail to your next destination, visit the Baths on Virgin Gorda, one of the must see places in the BVI’s, explore the beaches and its many trails that guide you though the maze of giant boulders. After lunch set sail once again onto your evening anchorage. Settle for the evening at North Sound, home of the Bitter End Yacht Club. Here you can go ashore for a walk, a little shopping or just relax on the yacht with delicious cocktails and hors-d’oeuvres.
Day 3 - If the wind looks good then set sail to Anegada, watching out for dolphins on the way. You may be lucky and experience seeing these wonderful creatures first hand swimming in the wild. Anegada truly is one of the best kept secrets of the Caribbean. Miles of long sandy beaches will have you just itching for a stroll along them. After lunch take a taxi ride across the Island to Loblolly Bay, on the way see if you can spot the Pink Flamingos. Try one of the local restaurants for an evening meal. It truly is an experience, friendly people a wonderful atmosphere and best of all, the fresh local caught lobster cooked to perfection on the grill.
Day 4 - Rise early and cast off for a relaxing sail heading down to the Dog islands, pick up a mooring at West Dog and stop for a scuba dive. If you are not a scuba diver then take a dip and have a snorkel instead, take your time to explore the many coves keeping an eye out for that barracuda. After Lunch cast off once again and sail down to Cam Bay, on Great Camanoe island. This is the place where your find turtles, sting rays and lots of conch. Or pick up a mooring ball at Marina Cay, have a look ashore at the famous Pussers store or there’s always Trellis Bay nearby where you can stop for a spot of shopping at Aragon’s Art and Craft Studio. Cocktail hour comes around and I’m sure your captain will want you to try a painkiller, famous in the BVI’s for its pain relieving qualities or maybe it has something to do with the rum. Have a relaxing evening and enjoy your chef’s cuisine with a bottle or two of fine wine.
Day 5 - A quick dip before breakfast then it’s off you go again. Sail this time to Sandy Cay, drop anchor and have a swim in the beautiful waters that surround this charming sandy Island. After lunch sail off to Jost Van Dyke, anchor at White Bay, swim ashore and have a cocktail at the Soggy Dollar bar or take a walk on the white sandy beaches before heading around the corner to Great Harbour where you'll find Foxy’s. Enjoy an evening of music and entertainment by Foxy himself.
Day 6 - Wake up to the calm and clear waters of White Bay. This anchorage truly is beautiful especially during the early morning hours. After breakfast up anchor and head off to Sopers Hole, West End, Tortola. Here you pick up a mooring ball, then take the dingy ashore, take a wander around the boutiques and gift shops or maybe stop for a cocktail at the Pussers Bar. Then it’s back to the yacht for some lunch and an afternoon sail heading up the Sir Francis Drake Channel towards Peter Island. Anchor at Great Harbour or Little Harbour, These two anchorages are great to try out those water skis or any other water toys your yacht may offer. Take a walk ashore at Peter Island, look out for the iguanas basking in the sun or listen out for the crying goats wandering the steep slopes that surround the bay. Evening comes around and your chef is spoiling you once again with her delicious creations prepared especially for you.
Day 7 - After a leisurely morning, sail to the Wreck Of The R.M.S Rhone on Salt Island, pick up a dive buoy and whether you’re a scuba diver or just want to snorkel you really don’t want to miss this spectacular and historic site. After your dive drop anchor at Salt pond bay. Take a swim ashore for a look at the salt ponds then have some lunch before heading to your evening anchorage on Cooper Island. You may get time to stop for another dive at the Three Tugs or snorkel the wonders of Manchioneel Bay. This is your last evening onboard so enjoy your wonderful chef’s cuisine.
