Day 1

Arrive at Katunayake International Airport
After completing arrival formalities, transfer to Colombo.
Check in at the Hotel

Afternoon Sightseeing and shopping tour of Colombo

Colombo is the hub of Commerce and administration of Sri Lanka. Colombo was a fort city during the times of occupation by successive European powers and architecture of buildings is a blend of the past influences. The Galle Face Hotel was the residence of the British Governor and faces the Galle Face Green a promenade for horse riding and leisurely walks. The General Post office, the Town Hall are some of the other buildings which were commercial and residential over centuries.
Highlight places of visit include the Independence Square, Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, Town Hall and the Parliament.
Colombo has developed now into a shopper�s paradise for clothing, jewellery and interesting artefacts for those w ho seek.
And after shopping at ODEL and House of Fashion, the famous shopping malls.

Day 2

Breakfast at the hotel
After breakfast proceed to Royal Colombo Golf Club.
The Royal Colombo Golf Club has a proud history which dates back to 1879 era when Ceylon was a part of British colonial empire. The golf course comprises of 18 holes in a span of 5770 meters. It features many water hazards starting with the first hole. At the 6th hole, golfers meet the Kelani Valley train which passes across the fairway.

Day 3

Breakfast at the hotel
After breakfast proceed to Royal Colombo Golf Club.
These 18-holes at one of Asia�s oldest fairways at the picturesque .

Day 4

After breakfast proceed to Kandy

En route visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where an orphanage was started in 1975 to house abandoned and wounded elephants.
The number of elephants has increased to more than 65 now, including baby elephants brought from various parts, as well as the 14 babies born, as a result of the captive breeding programme.

P.M. City tour of Kandy; Drive around the Kandy Lake built in 1798, town and bazaar. Visit the Arts & Crafts Center, a Gem Museum & Lapidary, and the Temple of the Tooth Relic and thereafter witness a display of traditional Kandyan cultural dances.

Kandy was the last capital of Ceylon under the Sinhalese Kings.
Located in the centre of the country, Kandy is surrounded by hills and mountains making it a natural fortress. For centuries the Sinhalese Kings defended & overcame the invading armies of foreign powers from Kandy. The city of Kandy flourished as a sovereign kingdom even whilst the rest of the country was dominated by foreign powers. Kandy was annexed to the British empire in the 19th Century.

Day 5

After breakfast leave for Golf at the Victoria Gold Course close to Kandy (driving time approximately 40 minutes), Victoria Golf Course close to Kandy, is beautifully landscaped against a backdrop of hills and lakes and venue of the Sri Lankan Airlines Golf Classic

Day 6

After breakfast leave for Golf at the Victoria Gold Course close to Kandy

Day 7

After Breakfast proceed to Nuwara Eliya, en-route visit a tea plantation and factory

Visit a tea factory on the way to Nuwara Eliya.
Experience how tea is processed from the time it is plucked from the tea-bush until it ends in the familiar packs on the shelves of stores around the world. Enjoy a cup of freshly brewed tea during the visit to the tea factory.

Nuwara Eliya is the country�s highest located town surrounded by mist-laden mountains, and beautiful landscapes of tea-clad green slopes, waterfalls and gardens.
When Ceylon was a part of the British empire till 1948, Nuwara Eliya was a retreat for British nationals in the region who sought rest & recuperation in a climate very similar to England yet without having to make a long journey home. Gable-roofed houses, steeple pointed churches and stone-walled hotels and its cool salubrious climate resulted in Nuwara Eliya being affectionately referred to as �Little England�.

Day 8

After Breakfast proceed to Golf Club.

Session of golf at Nuwara Eliya Golf Club. The course it self located 6100 feet above sea level & comprises of 18 holes, very tight fairways , dense rough.& sand is very coarse. Not especially long., the Nuwara Eliya course offers true test of shot making in beautiful and unique surroundings.

Day 9

After Breakfast proceed to Golf Club.

Afternoon proceed to Negombo

Check in at the hotel
