Itinerary

Day 1

Depart London Heathrow at 22:15 on Singapore Airlines SQ321 (or depart Manchester International at 10:00 on SQ327).

Day 2

Arrive in Singapore at 18:55. Depart at 21:05 on SQ297 (or arrive from Manchester International at 07:10).

Day 3

Arrive in Christchurch at 11:55
Coach transfer to hotel. Remainder of day at leisure.

Day 4

Day at leisure
1st Twenty/20 Jade Stadium, Christchurch 7pm Return transfers to match included.

Day 5

Full day tour including a stunning train journey on the Tranz Alpine Railway through the southern alps to Arthur's Pass. On arrival, enjoy jet-boating and lunch on a high country farm. Transfer back to Christchurch by coach.

Day 6

Day at leisure. You may decide to do one of our optional tours such as whale watching off Kaikoura (supplement payable).

Day 7

Depart Christchurch at 10:30 on Air New Zealand NZ434, arrive Wellington at 11:15
City orientation tour on arrival. Remainder of day at leisure.

Day 8

1st ODI, Westpac Stadium, Wellington (Day/Night)
Morning at leisure. Return coach transfers included.

Day 9

Full day tour including city tour of Wellington, winery visit, lunch and a guided tour of New Zealand's renowned national museum - Te Papa.

Day 10

Depart Wellington at 10:00 on Air New Zealand NZ418, arrive Auckland at 11:00
City orientation tour on arrival, remainder of day at leisure.

Day 11

2nd ODI, Seddon Park, Hamilton (Day/Night)
Return coach transfers from Auckland included (1½-2 hours each way).

Day 12

Full day tour of Auckland and surrounding areas, including Wilderness Tour and picnic lunch.

Celebrity Cricket function this evening. Enjoy canapes and drinks whilst hearing from and chatting personally with our high profile cricketing celebrities.

Day 13

Day at leisure. Perhaps take the NZL40 America's Cup Cruise or one of our other optional tours (supplement payable).

Day 14

3rd ODI, Eden Park, Auckland (Day/Night)
Morning at leisure. Return coach transfers included.

Day 15

Depart Auckland by coach for Rotorua. Afternoon at leisure. This evening, enjoy a traditional Mauri "Hangi" meal and cultural show.

Day 16

Tour of Rotorua including the famous Thermal Reserve to see boiling mud pools and geysers and Waimungu Thermal Valley.

Day 17

Depart Rotorua at 13:30 on Qantas QF4183, arrive Queenstown at 16:20. Coach transfer to hotel for check-in.

Day 18

Full day tour to the truly spectacular Fiordlands National Park, including a 1 ½ hour cruise in the awesome Milford Sound. Coach transfer is 5 hours each way : but it is well worth it! Optional flights which take just 40 minutes each way are available for an additional supplement.

Day 19

Day at leisure. A chance to enjoy one or more of the many optional activities Queenstown has to offer, like the Shotover jet, a thrilling speed boat trip through river canyons (supplement payable for optional tours).

Day 20

Further day at leisure
This evening, enjoy a fun cruise on the vintage steam ship, TSS Earnslaw and barbecue buffet dinner.

Day 21

Depart Queenstown by coach for the stunning drive to Christchurch making stops en-route at Mount Cook and Lake Tekapo
Farewell dinner this evening, including 3 courses and drinks.

Day 22

5th ODI, Jade Stadium, Christchurch (Day/Night)
Morning at leisure. Return coach transfers included.

Day 23

Depart Christchurch at 13:20 on Singapore Airlines SQ298, arrive Singapore at 18:50.
Depart at 23:20 on SQ322 (or depart at 23:55 on SQ328 for Manchester International). Following day,arrive London Heathrow at 05:25 (or arrive Manchester International at 06:05).

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
  • If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
  • Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
