Itinerary
Day 1
The tropical rainforest is a dynamic ecosystem that is ever changing and teeming with flora and fauna. The old gives way to the new daily and this has been going on for millions of years. To view it our way is definitely different than to view it their way. Our journey starts at 10:30 and ends at 14:30. We take you into the rainforest and showcase to you the medicinal plants as we come across them and explain to you how and for what we use them. At the same time should we find any plant of economic importance we will show you how we utilize them.The rainforest walk is a 3 hour slow and easy walk and we break off for half an hour to allow you to enjoy the little snack which we had prepared for you for the walk.
The walk ends with traditional Malay lunch prepared by Dr. Ghani's wife Dayang. You will sit crosslegged on the balai to enjoy the meal prepared specially for you.
