Itinerary

Day 1

Briefing by Instructor for the beginner. Introduction to the SCUBA world; The SCUBA Gear (Mask, Snorkel, Fins, Buoyancy Control Jacket, Weight Belt, Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus etc). Fit your gear & shart briefing & OFF YOU GO SCUBA--ING in our SCUBA POOL.

Day 2

Fit your Scuba Gear. Short briefing & start practising with your Instructors for 3 hours.Rest in between as you likes.

Day 3

Fit your Scuba Gear. Short briefing & start practising with your Instructors for 3 hours.Rest in between as you likes.

Day 4

Fit your Scuba Gear. Short briefing & start practising with your Instructors for one hour. Rest break for 15 minutes. Learn from the intructor how to use the SCUBA gear and how to move about underwater. Free & easy

Day 5

Fit your Scuba Gear. Short briefing & start practising with your Instructors for 3 hours. Free & easy Scuba skills.

2 days hotel accomodation according to your choice/request. (upon completion of 5 easy sessions with instructor at pool)

Training Dive trip to Redang Includes:

* Return boat transfer from Kuala Merang

You will be awarded the certification on successful completion of the course.

Pool Training Sessions:

Each Pool training session is approximately 3 hours. This means you can complete the session in :-

* 5 days @ 1 session per day
* OR 2 1/2 days i.e. 2 sessions per day
* OR even 1 day @ 5 sessions per day!

Schedule of Payment:

RM200 upon commencement of 1st. session,
(+RM35 as refundable deposit for loan of training material)
RM200 prior to the 2nd. Session,
RM299 prior to the 3rd. session,
RM300 on confirming Training Dive Trip

(Please note that the Cheras pool is closed on Mondays).
Pool features:

Chlorine free water: The pool is treated with copper and silver ions to control algae and bacteria. No more unpleasant smell and no more bleaching of skin and hair.

Sheltered: The pool is sheltered. Making it an all weather pool, especially for tropical Malaysia, come lightning or thunder.

Open to all: This pool is open to all Dive Instructors (who wish to train students), Dive Students (under supervision from instructors or certified assistants), Certified Divers PADI, NAUI, SSI, BSAC, etc. (who wish to try out new equipment or do a tune-up) and Hardcore Divers (who are like fish out of water-just feel like breathing compressed air).

Divers, please don't forget to bring your certification card for identification.

Operating Hours: The pool is open 4 sessions a day. However, prior booking is required

Operating Hours (Open Tuesday to Sunday):

Session 1: 10 AM - 1 PM
Session 2: 1 PM - 4 PM
Session 3: 4 PM - 7 PM
Session 4: 7 PM - 10 PM

Basic Training - Open Water Diver Course

Your basic training starts with the PADI Open Water Diver Course, which is the most popular diver
program in the world. - and your ticket to a lifetime of intense adventure. You'll learn about scuba
fundamentals, equipment and techniques. Plus practice skills by diving in the pool or a pool like body
of water; and experience several open water dives with an instructor.

The Next step - Advanced Open Water Course

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course is designed to provide you with additional skills to enhance your diving capabilities. This course is the first step in sampling and learning more about special diving activities. PADI offers over 35 types of special diving activities, the most popular being deep diving, night diving, navigation diving, drift diving, search and recovery and more.

No more classroom: No more long hours spent indoors in a classroom while the sun is shining beautifully outside. No more long skills training lessons taught in a swimming pool. The PADI advanced Open Water course is conducted entirely during the trip to Redang. You get to listen to a briefing before you start each dive, execute the dive and later discuss about what you have done during surface interval.

Advanced Course Outline: The course requires you to do the following specialties as a compulsory dive

Navigation (helps you own a better sense of direction underwater)
*

Deep Dive (helps you better manage risks of diving deep and be a safer diver)

Choice of Specialty: You can choose three other elective dives below to complete the course
(instructor rating dependant):

Night Dive (discover the real truth of what makes divers plunge into the dark seas at night)
*

Search and Recovery (great if you want to locate lost objects underwater)
*

Underwater Naturalist (baffle your friends with Latin names when your friends ask you "What did you see?"; especially when they expect your answer to be "fish and corals"
*

Boat Dive (you will be taught the proper procedures of diving off a dive boat)
