Itinerary

Day 1

Upon arrival in Kuala Lipis, welcome lunch at CentrePoint Hotel. Proceed transfer to Kenong Rimba Park. Check in chalet/dormitory/ campsites at base camp. Jungle tour and cave exploration begins begins with 3 caves (Gua Hijau, Gua Harimau and Gua Buta). Evening, proceed for a swim and fishing / prawning at nearby river. Return to base camp for dinner (Kesong jungle cafe) in the wild amidst the myriads the wild amidst the myriads sounds of nocturnal species of insects and birds in this awesome tropical rainforest setting.

Day 2

Arise and shine. After breakfast, proceed to explore further in the park. The rainforest expedition resumes with more nature and caves exploration; Gua Batu, Gua Telahup, Gua Batu Tangga and Gua Batu Tangkup each with its own unique geological formation and interesting habitats. The loop trail through the park provides an excellent provides an excellent opportunity to experience the jungle at close hand. Here is where the jungle has slept for 130 million years, unaffected by the ice age,which covered the northern hemisphere. Dinner. Night walk.

Day 3

Wake up. After breakfast, proceed for more jungle tour in this undisturbed and untarnished park. Adventures in the park such as fishing, rock climbing complete the amazing, unforgettable experience in this rainforest expedition. Check out and transfer to Kuala Lipis.
