There are 5 mountains with the altitude more than 7000 m in CIS. Three of them are geographically situated in Kyrgyzstan. The most available for ascending is still Lenin Peak (7134 m
Itinerary
Day 1
Day 1. Arrival in Tashkent/Bishkek.
Day 2
Day 2. Drive Tashkent/ Flight Bishkek to Osh.
Day 3
Day 3. Transfer Osh : Yurt Camp Taldyk (lunch) : Base Camp Lenin Peak (3800 m) at Lukovaya Poliana ( near 300 km, 7-8 hours). Accommodation in tents.

Day 4. Examination of the region, preparation for ascent

Day 5-8 Acclimatization hikes
Day 5 Climbing Camp 1 (4200m)
The ascent over the Puteshestvennikov pass (4200m) usually takes 1 hour on a good mountain path. Descent to the left moraine of the Lenin glacier. Across the left moraine of the glacier to the Lenin glacier (4100m). Walk to the Camp 1 (4200m) takes 3-4 hours.
Day 6 Climbing Camp 2 (5300m). Along the Lenin glacier up to the beginning of the slope. Ascent of sleep snow/ice slope in crampons. Traverse along the slope onto the plateau (skovoroda) to Camp 2 (6-9 hours).
Day 7 Climbing Camp 3 (6100 m). From the Camp 2 to the ridge. Along the ridge towards to the Razdelnaya peak (6200m). Traverse of the summit. Descent to peremychka (5-7 hours)
Day 8 Descent to Camp 1 (4400m)

Ascent: 12,13,14,15,16th days
Day 12 Climbing Camp 1 (4400m)

Day 15 Ascent the summit (7134m) and descent to the Camp 3. Along narrow ridge to the "Nosh" (steep ice ridge with fixed ropes). Along easy rocky ridge to plateau (6900-7000m) ascent the summit. Descent along the same route.
Day 16 Descent to the Camp 1 (4400 m)

Day 17 Descent to the Base camp (3800 m)
Day 10
Day 18 Reserve day (in case of bad weather)

Day 19 Transfer the Base camp "Lenin Peak" - Yurt camp "Taldyk" : Osh
Day 12
Day 20 Transfer from Osh to Tashkent/Flight from Osh to Bishkek

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
