Itinerary

Day 1

Enjoy the sensational drive to get to the Central Java's highland, Dieng plateau, literally means ‘abode of gods' lays at 2.093 meters above sea level with average temperature of fifteen degree celcius. The trip will pass some small, peaceful town of Magelang-the home of military academic, Parakan in Temanggung regency, known as the center producer of fine exported quality tobacco. Green groceries, tea plantation near Wonosobo with view of two soaring sky mountains, of Sindoro and Sumbing as backdrops. Few minutes before reaching Dieng, another twisting but breathtaking drive is offered. Pass through winding roads with large potato plantation on the right and left side that dominate this hilly area. Stop by at viewer point, look back how far you have been into Java's hinterland. Arrive in Dieng find a number of Hindu temples, collectively named after the heroes and heroines of Mahabarata epic blanketed by mountain fog. Move on, only a short drive to Sikidang boiling mud crater. Next, paying homage to the Bima, a lonely temple structure on the way to volcanic lakes of Telaga Warna and Telaga Pengilon with some meditation caves close by. Lunch will be served en route.
