Itinerary

Day 1

Flights from S.F., L.A. or JFK crossing the International Date Line. Gain a day on the return.

Day 2

Be met outside baggage claim and transfer to lovely hotel in Ubud, center for arts and culture. Relax or explore the area.
Dinner sampling some of delicious "tastes of Bali".Begin orientation with renowned and charming Balinese guide, and visit with mask maker in his home and studio. This afternoon enjoy pampering Balinese style
This evening to our first ceremony in a village temple.

Day 3

Today begin orientation with our renowned and charming Balinese guide. Visit home compound and master artist, mask maker.
This afternoon pampering Balinese style.
This evening attend our first Balinese ceremony in a village temple.

Day 4

Into the countryside and meet with Today meet and participate with performing artist musician and dancer. Tonight see performance of ancient music and dance under the stars.

Day 5

remarkable traditional healer. Afternoon free time.

Day 6

Out to Bali's sacred mountains today
and participate in ceremony at important temple on mountain.

Day 7

Today head to the north visiting exquisite water temple en route. Proceed through the mountains and to the coast to idyllic beach
Enjoy children's performance, young dancers from local village.

Day 8

Free time in beautiful area swim, snorkel
(dive).

Day 9

Morning stretch/meditation for those interested. Learn to make offerings.
This evening our own "ceremony" as Bali is creative soil so to speak for creating what's next.

Day 10

Morning stretch and meditation (optional)Hike, swim, snorkel, relax, etc.

Day 11

Free time morning. Temple visits and participate in ceremony for our group.

Day 12

Check out and head for the south of Bali
with interesting stops en route. Check in lovely small hotel on coast in south.
