11 day Monsoon trips starting in Leh and finishing in Delhi. Wicked itinerary, cool truck, stunningly beautiful scenery. Leh, Keylong, Manali, Shimla, Rishikesh and finishing in Delhi.

Itinerary
Day 1
Leh, altitude 3505m, prayer flags, stupas and abandoned palaces. Free day to explore town
Day 2
Leh, spend the day visiting various monasteries and gompas in the district.
Day 3
Enroute to Keylong, one night bush camp
Day 4
Arrive Keylong, just an overnight stop
Day 5
Arrive Manali after two long driving days
Day 6
Manali, known for beautiful mountain views and a bit of a hippie hangout
Day 7
Long drive day to Shimla
Day 8
Shimla, popular Indian hill station
Day 9
Long drive day to Rishikesh
Day 10
Rishikesh, yoga and meditation retreats everywhere... heaps of temples as well and The River Ganges a little cleaner here than further downstream!
Day 11
Drive day to Delhi and finish of trip

- Our first trip, departing 26th of June 2009, will be of an exploratory nature and a 15% discount will be given to all participants.
Must bring cold weather gear, and -5C sleeping bags. We encounter very cold weather en-route. There will also be very hot, humid and at times wet weather whilst we spend a few days on the Indian plains.
A good idea to have a few extra planned days in Delhi in case of any unforeseen hold ups en-route. This trip is well off the tourist track and not for the faint hearted! This is one well cool itinerary.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
