Itinerary
Day 1
You are received on arrival at Kochi international airport / Ernakulam railway station by your Saroma host and transferred to a resort in Munnar.
Munnar at 5000 feet is not just south India's most sought after hill resort, it is also the center of Kerala's premier tea growing district. Shola trees hug the mist-shrouded hillsides, sheltering several highly endangered species of wildlife.
After refreshments, proceed to see the scenic beauty of Munnar - tea plantations, lush green hills, Mattupetty dam. The adventurous can enjoy the unique experience of an elephant ride.
Night stay at Munnar.
Day 2
After breakfast, depart for Alleppey and check-in to the traditional Kettuvallam (houseboat).
Alleppey referred to as “Venice of the east” is situated at the confluence of Vembanad Lake, Kerala's largest backwater, and the Arabian Sea, offering a scenery like nowhere else in the world. Its beauty lies not merely in its backwaters, but in the man-made islands that you will find amidst the waters.
Enjoy a leisurely cruise along the beautiful and enchanting backwaters of Kerala covering the intricate networks of canals (kayals) and passing through villages and paddy fields. The day ends with a special dinner hosted on the decks of the houseboat , followed by a memorable night stay.
We provide 2 bedroom (for 4 members) houseboats to 6 bedroom houseboats (for a team of 12). You can also choose our houseboat with rooftop swimming pool and large deck, which is the only one of its kind available in Kerala
Day 3
Arrive in Kochi - the Queen of Arabian Sea. Kochi is Kerala's largest city and its commercial capital.
Spend the day shopping and at leisure. We will take you to the biggest wedding shopping centers, silk centers and spice market. The evening is set aside for watching a live performance of Kathakali, Kerala's classical dance drama, a fitting end to a perfect day!
Overnight stay at Kochi
Day 4
Visit Fort Kochi, the first European colonial settlement in India, by speedboat. Next visit Jewish Synagogue - giant scrolls of the Old Testament can be found here and set off to Mattancherry - where traces of ancient links are still to be found in the form of distinctive Chinese fishing nets mounted on poles. Rest of the day will be free for shopping and leisure.

Transfer to Kochi International Airport / Ernakulam Railway Station
