Itinerary

Day 1

On arrival at Cochin, Pearls representative welcomes you at the airport and escorts you to Kumarakom (1 ½ hour drive). Transfer to backwater resort on arrival. Day free for independent activities. Take a boat ride into the countryside, visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, feel the thrill of water sports or enjoy canoeing at the lakes. Return to hotel and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2

Today you will enjoy the Backwater Tour of Kerala to the hilt by relaxing at its tranquil backwaters, a long canal chain that spans over 1500 km including a vast network of 44 rivers, lagoons and lakes. Enjoy the picturesque environs and return to hotel for the night.

Day 3

Continue your enchanting Backwater Tour of Kerala aboard the traditional houseboat that takes you through a fascinating overnight cruise along the serene backwaters. Get a glimpse into the true village life en route. Spend the night at the floating luxurious villa enjoying sights of blooming water lilies, green paddy fields, ancient Chinese fishing nets, palm and coconut groves, etc.

Day 4

Disembark from the houseboat at Alleppey where the Backwater Tour of Kerala ends. Proceed to Cochin airport to board scheduled flight back home or for onward journey.
