Boat House Munnar in God

Itinerary

Day 1

• On arrival at Cochin Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station, drive to Munnar. En route enjoy beautiful streams, small waterfalls, rubber, pepper, cardamom and tea plantations and thick forests. On arrival at Munnar, Visit See Blossom Park, pothenmedu viewpoint.
• Overnight will be in the hotel

Day 2

• After Breakfast. Start the day with sightseeing in Munnar which include Visits visit Rajamallai,Tea Museum,Over night stay at Munnar.
• Night Stay in the Hotel.

Day 3

• Morning, after breakfast, visiting, Mattupetty dam, echo point, Kundala Dam (Kashmiri Boat). Over night stay at Munnar.
• Free and Ease From noon
• Night Stay in the Hotel.

Day 4

• Breakfast at the hotel
• After breakfast, depart for Thekkady by road (Approx: 124 kms / 3 hrs). En route visit the panoramic Western Ghat hills covered with spice plantations and an occasional view of waterfalls and streams, several types of spice plantations like cardamom, vanilla, pepper, cinnamon and clove. On arrival at Thekkady, check into hotel. Later proceed for boating on the Periyar Lake (optional) and experience a view of calm crystal clear Periyar Lake and sanctuary. Watch different wild animals while boating. Stay overnight at Periyar.

Day 5

• On arrival at Kumarakom At 12:00 hrs check in at houseboat. Start Cruise for 22 hrs backwaters of Kumarakom & Alleppey will give the natural beauty of Kerala and core village life. Sightseeing includes toddy tapping etc .Over night stay at Houseboat. , anchor for night

Day 6

• Breakfast cruise back to Alleppey and reach jetty by 9:00 AM. Houseboat cruise is the best way to explore the beauty of backwaters. Cruising along the backwaters of Kerala is an unforgettable experience.
• Transfer to Cochin
