Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Delhi and transfer to Kathgodam by overnight Ranikhet Express (A/C sleeper coach)

Day 2

Arrive Kathgodam in early morning and onward transfer to Almora. Rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 3

dEarly departure from Almora to Song (82kms)that is 3hr Drive. From Song trek starts.
Song - Dhakuri (2621m)- A 13km trek to Dhakuri. Own Tentage.

Day 4

Dhakuri - Dwali 19kms/8hr. Own Tentage.

Day 5

After lunch leave for Phurikia 05km. stay overnight. Own Tentage.

Day 6

Very early morning departure to Zero Point -Pindari Glacier. 06km (3820 Mtrs) and
back to Phurakia 06km. Over night stay.

Day 7

Afterbreakfast a downhill trek to Dwali. Overnight stay.

Day 8

Dwali - Byali Udaiyar. 8kms/4hr Own Tentage.

Day 9

Byali Udiyar - Kaphni glacier - Byali Udiyar. Kaphni Glacier is 04 Kms from Byali Udiyar which is a stiff gradient. As compared to Pindari the valley is much broader and the rhododendron that blooms here is spectacularly beautiful.
Trek down 4 Kms to Byali Udiyar. Dinner & overnight stay in camps.

Day 10

Byali Udaiyar - Dwali 8kms/4hr Own Tentage.

Day 11

Dwali - Dhakuri 19kms/8hr. Own Tentage.

Day 12

Dhakuri - to Song, Song to Almora. Arrive Almora at the evening and rest. Overnight at Almora.

Day 13

Tour of Nainital - the lake city of Kumaon.

Day 14

Tour of Jageshwar - the 1000 yrs old temple.

Day 15

Transfer to Kathgodam to board the overnight train to Delhi (A/C sleeper coach)
