Itinerary

Day 1

Pick up from your hotel around 8:30 am. Full day city tour of Yu Garden, the Bund, Jade Buddha Temple, People"s Square, Shanghai Museum. After the tour, transferred back to your hotel in Shanghai. Lunch included.
¡øYu Garden, located in the southern part of Shanghai, is a well-restored Suzhou-style garden.It is one of the best gardens in southern China with the pavilions, halls, chambers, towers, ponds and rockeries.
¡øThe Bund showcases the outstanding foreign buildings from pre-1949 times.The one-and-half-kilometer Bund is a long strip in the western bank of the Huangpu River.
¡øThe Jade Buddha Temple, built in 1882, has 2 jade statues of the Sakyamuni Buddha, one seated and one reclining, brought from Myanmar. The seated Buddha is 1.9 meters (6ft) tall and was carved out of a single piece of white jade.
¡øYu Garden, located in the southern part of Shanghai, is a well-restored Suzhou-style garden.It is one of the best gardens in southern China with the pavilions, halls, chambers, towers, ponds and rockeries.
¡øShanghai Museum, a world-renowned museum of ancient Chinese art, was established in 1952 at the West Nanjing Road which was once the club of the Shanghai horse race course. With a collection of over 120,000 pieces of cultural relics, the museum is especially famous for its treasures of bronzes, ceramics, paintings, and calligraphy
