{bold}BEIJING COOKING CLASS: WINE PAIRING COOKING DEMO{-bold}Hias Gourmet takes you behind closed doors to the intimate private kitchen of Jen Lin-Liu, Chinese-American food writer and author of Serve the People, A Stir-Fried Journey Through China.


Classes are held in an intimate home kitchen in the historic Dongcheng hutong district of old Beijing where you learn about the secrets of what makes Chinese food so delicious.

Indulge in exceptional food and wine while learning tantalizing recipes, tips and tricks. This class is for the cleaver-shy, who watch master chefs prepare dinner for the night. Students enjoy the day's six-course tasting menu which is carefully paired with three (3) sommelier-selected wines, from Reislings to Pinot Noir.
