| Pick-up from your hotel and transferred to Beijing Cooking School in the morning. In the Cooking school you will learn a few different dishes and see how they are made from beginning to end learning the secrets of excellent Chinese cooking. You will prepare one dish yourself with the help from the experts of the school. This is a hands on learning experience. You will have lunch at the school canteen. Afternoon you will visit the Market to learn about Chinese vegetables, meats and the many spices that make Chinese cooking special. Early dinner will be arranged at Tianjin Baijiaoyuan Restaurant to see how Chinese Jiaozi ( Dumping ) is made and enjoy them as well. return to your hotel.
