Day 1 - the well-trained tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel around 8:30-9:00 in the morning ,First visit Tian'anmen square which is the symbol of the New China and is also the largest city center in the world.then walk directly to the Forbidden City which was the Imperial Palace for Ming and Qing dynasty for almost 500 years ,here you can discover the chinese traditional architecture and imperial collections.
at noon ,the guide will recommend several delicious food .
In the afternoon,Visit the temple of Heaven where the Emperors worshipped the God of heaven and prayed for good harvest!
get back to your hotel. | Day 2 - pick you up at your hotel,drive to the Great Wall .it is located Huaiyou county about 70 km away from downtown Beijing.the Great Wall used to be a military defensive project ,kept out the invading troops from the northern nomadic tribes.
On the way back to downtown ,a local restaurant offer delicious dishes you can choose.
in the afternoon , arrange Hu-tong Tour .actually take rickshaw through the chinese tradition Hutong(lanes) and visit SIHEYUAN(quadrangles)
back to the hotel | Day 3 - pick you up at hotel , go the summer palace which is the best preserved imperial garden.on the way back to downtown ,can take some picturs of olympic stadium such as Bird -Net,Water-cube.
after lunch,go the the Lama Temple which is a famous lamasery with Tibetan-style paintings and vividly sculptured Buddist images.
back to your hotel. |
