Transfer to Fortportal - Kibale National Park
Have your early breakfast, then with your driver / guide, you transfer to Fortportal with en-route lunch, through breathtaking scenery and delightfully rolling plantations. Arrive this afternoon and visit the Crater Lakes region, an area with over 30 crater lakes that give a very beautiful scenery for view and photography. Day 3

Primate Walk - Kibale Forest National Park
After early breakfast, you head to Kibale Forest in search of its primate families of habituated chimpanzees, monkeys, Baboons, bush babies, and many more. The dense tropical forest is home to an astonishing 12 species of primates and provides one of the highest primate densities in the world. While on the guided forest walk you find families of chimps and red Colobus monkeys chattering and swinging through the ancient forest trees.
Later return for lunch, then we proceed to Bigodi swamp for a Nature walk - birding in search of more primate species, and the rear wetland Sitatunga and the Shoebill. Later dinner and overnight at,

Day 4

To Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early breakfast, we transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park driving through spectacular landscape with great sights of the ‘mountains of the moon'. We also visit the baboon cliff before then have lunch and in the afternoon, proceed for a Game driver through the park that will reward you with game like elephants, Lions as they cool off the afternoon before settling in your accommodation for dinner and overnight at,

Day 5

Queen Elizabeth National Park
Very early breakfast, then we set out on a Game drive in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes etc. This is a good opportunity for us to catch the lions in action and Head for the Kob mating ground. We visit the Kasenyi sector famous for it's solitary buffaloes. We have an excellent chance to view just about every animal here at very close range
Later return for lunch and in the afternoon, we take a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel connecting Lakes Edward and George where we will be greeted to an amazing display of abundant bird-life around Mweya. Day 6

Queen Elizabeth - Bwindi Forest National Park
Have early breakfast, then we visit Kyambura Wildlife Reserve for another primate walk. We hike into the Kyambura river gorge as we search for the chimpanzees. This beautiful river valley is also home to many species of birds and butterflies. Then drive through gorgeous savanna grasslands as we head towards the breathtaking adventures of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Lunch today is en route, Arrive this afternoon and have an optional guided tour looking for the many bird species available here. Day 7

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Have very early breakfast, then proceed for the morning briefing before you start the hike. We start off the hike as we trek through the rain forest and bamboo covered slopes, accompanied by a guide and trackers, in search of a mountain gorilla family. The walking / is sometimes very tough and long lasting to 2 - 8 hrs, but when you finally encounter the magnificent silver back, any discomforts will be totally forgotten. These gentle giants are highly endangered and anyone suffering even the slightest of ailments including a cough will not be allowed to go this trek. When sighted, visitors will be guided to within 6 metres from the gorillas, sit around them for a whole hour while gazing into their big round eyes. These giants are so powerful and can sometimes weigh up to 250kilos. Pictures with non flash zoom lens can be taken. When the gorillas are sighted, you will be allowed an hour to sit around the animals, gazing in their big round eyes.

Day 8

Bwindi - Kampala
Have your breakfast, then we set off back to Kampala as we drive down the grassed and terraced escarpments of southwestern Uganda, through the rolling hills, while taking in the breathtaking sights of the hills of the region known as ‘the little Switzerland of Africa'. This area is a highly fertile, mountainous region with steep sided hills covered from top to bottom in neatly terraced cultivated rows. We pass through Mbarara land of the long horned Ankole cattle. A remarkable highlight of this journey is the Equator line and surely you will cross it as we have a brief stop here for photo shots.
