Itinerary
Day 1
Day 01:
Depart from your residence northwest through the famous Luwero Triangle with a stop over at Masindi Town for lunch after which proceed to Murchison Falls National Park. On arriving proceed to the dramatic falls, which are captivating where you can see the Nile�s beauty perfected! While at the Murchison Falls, enjoy the sunset as you return to the lodge. Dinner and overnight at Paraa safari lodge or Nile safari Camp.
Day 2
02:
An early forest walk in Padibi Forest begins a good day. Expect to view primates resident in this forest. These include red tailed and red colobus monkey, l�hoestes, blues, and gray-cheeked mangabeys. Also among the attractions to expect is bird life and the walk gives you a close view of the abundant primates. After lunch, cross over to the Northern bank for a relaxing swim. After relaxing, go for a game drive as the sun sets in the cool temperature. Dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge.
Day 3
Day 03:
Enjoy an early morning game drive in the Northern Bank to view water buck, lion, Cape buffalo. Oribi, Rothschild�s giraffe, hyena hartebeest, bushbuck, bohor reedbuck, elephants, and the leopard. After lunch, enjoy a boat cruise upstream the calm Victoria Nile to the base of the falls stopping near the �Devil�s Cauldron�, expect to view hippos and crocodiles basking in the sun and you may see elephant, waterbuck and Uganda kob. Enjoy the captivating view of the many bird species like, the rare shoebill stork goliath heron, pelican bee-eater, hornbill, Egyptian goose, cormorant and the kingfisher. Dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari lodge.
Day 4
Day 04:
Drive through Hoima to Fort Portal and get a glimpse of the way of living of the African setting and agriculture. You will reach Fort Portal late in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Ndali lodge or Kabali Tented Camp
Day 5
Day 05:
Very early in the morning arrange for a chimpanzee tracking plus other primates including blues, red colobus, red tailed, phoestes, and gray cheeked Mangebey. More information will be availed as you track the animals and the flora to make you enjoy as you learn. This walk is excellent for viewing bird life as well see the primates at close quarters. Dinner and overnight at Ndali lodge or Kabali Tented Camp
Day 6
Day 06:
Continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park and view the majestic Rwenzori mountain range along. Viewing almost 100 mammal species makes this superb safari territory, with elephant, a profusion of hippos, the elusive giant hog and the handsome Uganda kob all regularly sighted around the tourist village on the Mweya Peninsula an exciting experience in a game drive. Also available is chimp tracking. After lunch enjoy a launch trip on the Kazinga channel into the lake Edward which offers great game viewing. This is an excellent view for taking photographs and bird watching (over 606 bird species). Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge or the Jacana Safari Lodge
Day 7
Day 07:
Proceed for two drives today. Queen Elizabeth National Park's diverse Eco system of savannah to rainforest, from dense papyrus swamps and brooding crater lakes to the vastness of lake Edward, it is little wonder that the park boasts one of highest biodiversity ratings of any game park or reserve in the world. Game drives in this park, with the massive Rwenzoris as a backdrop, provides excellent opportunities to see lion, leopard, giant forest hog, Cape buffalo, elephant, defassa waterbuck, Uganda kob, topi and bushbuck. These two game drives and the boat trip [taken prior] are memorable methods of discovering a vast array of Ugandan wildlife. Return to Mweya safari lodge or the Jacana safari lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 8
Day 08:
An early morning walk in the spectacular Kyambura gorge provides excellent opportunities to see chimpanzees, l�hoestes, red colobus and more. After a picnic lunch, return to Mweya area for another exciting and scintillating game drive. Dinner and over night stay at Jacana Safari Lodge. Queen Elizabeth National Park�s diverse ecosystem of grassy plains, tropical rainforests, rivers, swamps, lakes and volcanic craters is home to an incredible abundance of wildlife.
Day 9
Day 09:
Proceed through the Kigezi Highlands popularly known as the Switzerland of Africa� with its terraced hillside and winding roads to Kisoro or Bwindi. Dinner and over night stay at Volcanic Camp
Day 10
Day 10:
Prepare very early in the morning for an entry into the gorilla sanctuary, which is best known for fascinating gorillas. The rain forest has a steep forested landscape and is incredibly dense, with numerous crisscrossed animal trails making it accessible for tourists. Expect to see mammals like the endangered Mt. Gorilla, elephant, black fronted duiker, rare golden monkey, buffalo, bushbuck, leopard, giant forest hog and extra. The time taken varies with the primates movement. It is very exciting and awesome to spend time and take photographs as these primates interact. Dinner and overnight stay at Volcano Tented Camp.
Day 11
Day 11:
Go for a forest walk using the fantastic hiking trails on which you will have opportunities to see and learn about primates, many species of birds, butterflies, trees and other organisms. The guide�s company is obligatory and affords a clear understanding. You will see the picturesque triple waterfalls. Look over the panoramas of Congo and down south to Rwanda. Late afternoon transfer to Kihihi. Dinner and overnight stay at Savannah Resort Hotel
Day 12
Day 12:
Transfer early morning to Isasha area of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Isasha is a true pearl in the southern part of the park. Idyllic campsites frequently visited by colobus and other monkeys situated along the winding Isasha River. The famous tree-climbing lions can be spotted on large fig trees in this part of the park. Topi, Uganda kobs and buffaloes graze in the acacia studded savannah. The scenic beauty, the size of the euphorbia and the combinations of riverine forest, Savannah plain and equatorial forest makes this a memorable day, only found in Africa. Dinner and overnight stay at Savannah Resort Hotel.
Day 13
Day 13:

Day 16
Day 16:
Transfer to lake Bunyonyi. This mountain tarn is surrounded by its terraced hill. Enjoy Bilharzias free swimming, dug out canoeing, sunbathing, hilly walks or mountain bike riding and craw fishing. Dinner and overnight stay at the Bunyonyi Overland Camp

Day 17
After breakfast, go for a cultural walk on lake Bunyonyi southwestern shores to view a number of villages in their setting. Here Pygmies walk over the mountains from Rwanda to sell their produce at the market at Hakekuba. Dinner and overnight stay at the Bunyonyi Overland Camp
Day 18
Day 18:
Prepare to go after breakfast, for a leisurely drive to lake Mburo national park. Enter the park through the Nshara gate. In the afternoon enjoy a game drive along the lakeshore track with its own system of game trail and cleared walkways, the �kigambara Loop� offers interesting guided lakeside walks where you can find herds of Zebra, impala, warthog, baboons, velvets, eland, Pribi and topi are easily accessed. After lunch enjoy a boat trip on lake Mburo and expect to view crocodiles and hippos. Bird watchers will enjoy more than 250 species of birds found in lake Mburo. The most interesting birds are; crested crane (Uganda�s national emblem), saddle bill storks and Abyssinian ground hornbills. Then return to Rwonyo rest camp dinners and overnight
Day 19
Day 19:
Morning guided game drive or a safari walk. There is a lot that are interesting including the Kopjes, klipspringers and topis. It is amusing to see Zebra grazing alongside the cattle peacefully. This is due to cattle herding of the Ankole long horned cattle in the area. Return for lunch taken while enjoying the view of the fresh water lakes in this park. Enjoy the boat ride on lake Mburo and get quite close to the crocodiles and hippos. This is the only park where you are not entirely imprisoned in a vehicle. Dinner and overnight at Rwonyo Rest camp.
Day 20
Day 20:
After breakfast, go for another game drive. Depart for Kampala you arrive early evening. Enroute stop over at the Equator an emergency line that divides the earth into two equal parts. You could buy yourself a souvenir at Mpabire. View the beautiful landscape enroute. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 21
Day 21:
Mid morning proceed for a tour of Kampala city. Among the attraction are Kabaka's lake, Cathedrals, Kisingiri house, Kasubi Tombs, Makerere University, Uganda museum and the Bahai temple. Also you can make shopping at the Uganda Crafts village where you can buy curios, souvenirs and mementos to remind you of your Uganda tour and also as gifts for your family and friends back home

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
