Itinerary

Day 1

: Arrival
Arrival at the Airport, to be met by your driver/guide and transfer to your hotel to check in at Windsor hotel. In the afternoon we go for birding in the botanical gardens and the Heritage Park trail. Expect to spot Great Black headed Gull, Little ringed Plover, European turtle dove, Crowned Hornbill, Slender billed Gulls, Angola Swallow, Rock pratincoles, Diederik Cuckoo and so on, then return to relax, dinner and overnight at Windsor Lake Victoria Hotel

Day 2

: To Murchison Falls National Park
Travel to Murchison Falls National Park with an afternoon enroute bird watching tour to the top of the falls. Birding through the Budongo Forest and along the Sambiya Riverine forest Valley introduces you to Silverberg, Viteline masked weaver, Rock pratincoles, Palm nut Vulture, Black Kite. Later, return to relax at you hotel, then dinner and overnight at Nile Safari Camp

Day 3

: Murchison Falls National Park
Morning launch cruise aboard the "shoebill boat" to the delta area for a half-day bird watching cruise in the swamps. Bird species here include the rare shoe billed; saddle Billed & Abdim's Stork. Also look out for Pied Kingfisher, Malachite Kingfisher and the African skimmer.
Return for lunch then take an evening drive though the park to spot animals like cobs, giraffes, lions and elephants, return later for Dinner and overnight at Nile Safari Camp.

Day 4

: Murchison Falls : Fort Portal
Have good breakfast, then depart for Fort portal arriving late afternoon for an evening bird walk highlighting the Scaly Francolin, Black bellied seed cracker, Marsh Tchagra, Narina Trogons and many more along the edges of the Kibale Forest National Park. Later check in for dinner and overnight at Nadli Lodge.

Day 5

: Kibale Forest National Park
Have your breakfast, then we Kibale Forest National Park, reputable of having the greatest variety and highest concentration of primates in East-Africa. A guided nature walk in the tropical rain forest in search of the wild chimpanzees, red-tailed monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys as well as bird species such as the Blue Breasted Kingfisher, Black Billed Turaco, Greenbuls, white Napped Pigeon, Narina's Trogon, Pied Hornbill, Purple Headed and Chestnut, winged Starlings, White Headed Wood Hoopoe, Petits Cuckoo Shrike, and many more
Return for lunch then visit the Bigodi swamp in the afternoon which will probably yield spotting of Papyrus Gonolek, Snowy Robin chat, Grey - capped Robin chat, White spotted Flufftail, later return to the Lodge for your relaxation then dinner and overnight, Nadli Lodge.

Day 6

: Semliki Game Reserve
Have your breakfast and depart to Semliki Game Reserve with bird watching and boat cruises on Lake Albert. Common birds here include Black winged oriole, ground thrush, spot-breasted Ibis, White Throated Blue Swallow, Grant's Blue Bill, and Dwarf Kingfisher. Later check in for dinner and overnight at Semliki Safari Lodge.

Day 7

: Semliki Game Reserve
Have early breakfast, then whole day birding with a lunch break enjoy the morning and afternoon bird watching, Dinner and Overnight at Semuliki Safari Lodge on all meals.

Day 8

: Fort portal : Queen Elizabeth National Park
Have your breakfast, check out and depart to depart for Queen Elizabeth arriving for afternoon Kazinga Channel Launch cruise. You will most likely spot, African Skimmer, White Pelican, White faced whistling duck, African Fish Eagle, Cormorants and other birds. Later dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge

Day 9

: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Very early you go for a game drive to the northern parts of the park an excellent game viewing area and a lot of game in this area, return to breakfast then go for bird watching before returning to the bird hide at Mweya where spotting of birds will be done in concealment, Have lunch and then go for another boat cruise to reward you with a variety of bird species. Return to the lodge for relax, then dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge

Day 10

: Queen Elizabeth : Bwindi
After an early morning breakfast, visit the Maramagambo forest for a nice Forest Walk in one of the typical savanna forests, visit the bat caves and old elephant holes, watch out for birds as well, and you be lucky to spot some African Rock pythons as they come around to feed on the bats in the caves, Later return and transfer to Bwindi / PNV : Rwanda; depending on where you are to trek gorillas, this is a long journey so we shall have very limited stops. Arrive this evening to check in at Bwindi Tented Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 11

: Bwindi : Gorilla Trekking
Morning breakfast, then go for a guided forest walk in the Bwindi Impenetrable forest for
the forest endemics. See, Black rough wing swallow, McKinnon's Grey Shrike, Great blue turaco and many other species, return for lunch then in the afternoon, we bird a long the Ruhija Sector, later evening return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight at; Bwindi Tented Camp.

Day 12

: Bwindi : Kampala
After relaxed breakfast, check out and transfer back to Kampala with lunch enroute, have a stop at the equator for photos and craft shopping, then proceed and arrive in Kampala arriving later evening and transfer to Entebbe for late flight departure to your next destination.
