Itinerary
Day 1
Walk 7 hours, 12 km through National Park from Buhoma to Nkuringo. Overnight in trekking hut at Nkuringo Gorilla Campsite.
Day 2
Walk 7 hours, 19 km to Nkuringo Safari Lodge on the shore of Lake Mutanda. Overnight in Lodge.
Day 3
Travel by dug-out canoe 12 km south on Lake Mutanda towards the Virunga Volcanoes home to the Mountain Gorilla. Walk 3 km into Kisoro town. Overnight
