Day 1
The day will begin at 9am when the children will decide what they would love to cook for their family, for lunch.They will make a shopping list first in English and then in Arabic before going with us into the souk, to shop in their new language.The class will be for children aged 10 to 14 years where they will learn how to prepare a fabulous meal, set the table beautifully and to shop in a new language.The class will include preparing something to take to the community oven as well as dishes to be prepared in a modern kitchen.The emphasis as in all the "Cooking at Riad Merdoudi" will be on the celebration of food.
