This tour basically covers the best of best of Kenya under canvas accommodation. The tour explores the most important and most interesting parks of Kenya. You will cruise on the land of Kenya by us of a safari van with a photographic roof for photography. It includes Mt. Kenya Climbing and Game viewing plus spending a holiday at the coast of Malindi before departure.
Climbing Mount Kenya- Naro Moru Route - 4 Days / 3 Nights

Conquering the highest mountain in Kenya, Mount Kenya, is an exhilarating event and the breath-taking views of the African sunrise from Point Lenana is a never-to-be-forgotten experience. This trek can be undertaken by any physically fit person and several routes up the mountain are shown below: -

Day 1
Day 18: Departure
This day you will depart at your own pleasure
Day 2
1st January, 2009: Nairobi - Naro Moru
After early breakfast, proceed to Naro Moru Park Gate and begin our hiking on Mount Kenya from this point to the Met. Station a distance of 9 km, which takes 3 hours.
Dinner and overnight at Camp.
Day 3
2nd January, 2009: Naro Moru - Mackinders Camp
After breakfast continue climbing Mount Kenya with an ascent to Mackinders Camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 4
Mackinders Camp - Point Lenana - Mountain Bandas
Wake up at around 2.30 am and attempt Point Lenana, the peak of Mount Kenya, via Austrian Hut. After Point Lenana at 4985m descend down to Mintos Hut for breakfast then continue further down to Mountain Bandas with picnic lunch en-route.
Dinner and overnight at the Bandas.
Day 5
Mountain Bandas - Chogoria - Aberdare Country Club
After an early breakfast then leave the mountain via the Bamboo forest to Chogoria village to complete our Mount Kenya climb. After lunch take your transport to Abardare Country club.
Overnight at the ark.
Day 6
Aberdare Country Club - Samburu Game Reserve
In the morning you will return to the base hotel, the Aberdare Country Club for your breakfast .After your breakfast drive to the northern frontier district to Samburu Game Reserve. Game views as you proceed to your camp for lunch. After lunch depart for an afternoon game viewing drive in this north frontier park where you can see the special five species.
As you enter the Samburu Game Reserve from Archer's Post you may spot a herd of elephants grazing near the river beds where there is plenty of food available. However, the game reserve is characterized with the doum palms which are clear identification that the water table around this region is high. As you game view towards your lodge you may spot the special five species which are the Beisa Oryx, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, grevy's zebra and gerenuk. This species can only be seen in the north of equator in Kenya. Samburu game reserve borders Shaba and buffalo springs reserve. These reserve are serve by Uaso Nyiro in some place it forms the boundary between Samburu and Buffalo springs.

Day 7
Samburu Game Reserve
Explore this reserve with unique flora and fauna. You have also a great opportunity to explore the neighboring reserves: Shaba National Reserve and Buffalo Springs Game Reserve. All the three reserves have heir unique factors and all are separated by one river; the Ewaso Nyiro River also known as 'Brown River'. Samburu Game Reserve is the home for the lion that took care for a baby oryx not only once but twice. Shaba is one of the places that Joy Adamson made her home and adopted a cheetah's cub where as Buffalo Springs has its own unique springs which is believed that it propped up during the 2nd World War when the Italians bombed the area confusing it with Nairobi. You may opt to have a cultural visit to the cousin's of the Maasai, the Samburu.

Day 8
Samburu Game Reserve - Naivasha
After breakfast depart the Samburu game reserve drive down to Lake Naivasha arriving in good time for lunch, after lunch go for exploration of the lake

Day 9
Hells Gate National Park.
After breakfast go for half day tour of hells gate where you will tour the park by foot or using bicycles (it's the only park in Kenya where you can explore on foot) in the afternoon you may opt to go for rock climbing at the same park or depart for Maasai mara game reserve.

Day 10
Maasai Mara National Reserve
Have an exploration expenditure of this magnificent park. Look out for the big five: lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant and also the Topi; an antelope with black patches on is legs that can only be seen in its habitat in this park. Tour the rivers of Mara, famous as crossroads of the migrating white bearded wildebeest as well as hundred herds of both Thomson's gazelle as well as the Burchell's Zebra. You have an option of having a cultural visit to a Maasai Village.
Maasai Mara National Reserve offers an absolutely unique variety of animals. The reason is that this hilly region is both humid and fertile and is crossed by the rivers Mara and Talek full of crocodiles and hippo and which carry water the whole year around. The banks of the rivers are covered in thick forest which gradually makes way for bush and grassland the abundance of water and excellent availability of food are reasons why the Maasai Mara which in fact is a condition of the Tanzanian Serengeti National park has the greatest population of wild animals in the whole of Africa. There is a particular dramatic "spectacle" from July to November the annual migration of huge herds of gnus and zebras. These herds are of course closely followed by predators such as hyenas, jackals, leopards and lions. There is no place where more of these latter may be seen than in Maasai Mara gigantic herds of over 200 buffaloes can be observed. Plenty of food is available for elephants, giraffes and the many species of antelopes and gazelles all of which can be observed in their natural habitat.

Day 11
Maasai Mara National Reserve - Nairobi - Amboseli National Park
You may opt to have an early morning game view by use of hot air balloon or just have your last game viewing drive before your breakfast. After your breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Nairobi. Have your lunch and then depart to Amboseli National park. Game view enroute to your camp
Amboseli National Park its combination of scenery, people and animals is what makes the Amboseli national park of fascinating. Beautifully situated at the foot of the towering Kilimanjaro, it Is the home of the brightly painted Maasai tribe, here you can see lions , cheetahs, spotted hyenas and wild dogs as well as gnus , Kaffir buffaloes , Burch ell's zebras and herds of elephants . All these animals come to drink at water holes consisting of small lakes or muddy ponds kept filled up by water from the melting snows of Kilimanjaro. The northern lake Amboseli contains water only after rain.

Day 12
Amboseli National Park - Tsavo West National Park
Have an early morning drive in the park, where you might see Mt. Kilimanjaro, which forms a beautiful backdrop, can be seen from the park in clear weather. A variety of plains game, antelopes and birds can be seen plus the jumbo elephants and hippos which are found bathing in the swamp grounds which get tier waters from the melting snows of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Return to the lodge for your breakfast. After your breakfast depart to Tsavo west national park arriving in good time for lunch at your camp. Have an afternoon game viewing drive after lunch. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Tsavo West national park covers 9000 km2, approximately 30% of Kenya's area under parks, and contains a diversity of habitats, wildlife and a mountainous scenic landscape. The park is a vast expanse of savanna stretching from the Athi River, North of the Mombasa-Nairobi road and south to the Tanzanian border. The North Eastern boundary along the Athi adjoins Tsavo East National Park, but Tsavo West has a more varied topography and a more diverse array of habitats than its neighbour. The park's habitats include open plains alternating with Savannah bush and semi desert scrub, acacia woodlands; rocky ridges and outcrops and more extensive ranges and isolated hills; belts of river line vegetation; palm thickets and on the Chyulu hills, mountain forest. The lava that purifies Mzima's water can be seen in black outcrops all around this part of Tsavo

Day 13
Tsavo West National Park - Tsavo East National Park
After your breakfast at your hotel you will then take off to Tsavo East national Park. Arrive at your camp in good time for lunch. After lunch, have an afternoon game viewing drive in this vast park but rich in terms of flora and fauna. After your game drive, return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Tsavo East contains large variety wildlife. Expect to see the sight of dust-red elephant wallowing, rolling and spraying each other with the midnight blue waters of the palm-shaded Galana River, is one of the most evocative images of Africa. You will also get to see the beautiful Aruba dam, located on the north bank of the seasonal Voi River, is visited by thousands of animals and makes a great game viewing destination. Mudanda rock towers above a natural dam, which acts as a draw to hundreds of elephant. You will also get a chance to view the longest lava flow in the world. At 300 kilometers in length, the heat shimmering edge of the Yatta plateau is the longest lava flow in the world and an ornithological paradise that attracts migrating birds from all over the world.

Day 14
Tsavo East National Park - Watamu
After your breakfast, depart for Watamu game viewing on your way out. Arrive at your beach resort in good time for lunch. After your lunch, your afternoon is at leisure. Relax at the hotel and enjoy the rest of your day.
Dinner and Overnight at Turtle Bay or Similar
