This tour flies you over Nairobi onwards to the Great Rift where you will have a spectacular view of the only earth feature that can be seen while in space. . You will be able to see plenty of wildlife varying from Kenya's Big five, the lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo and the cheetah among a host of other different animal species. You will stay in a tented camp under canvas and various lodges while on this trip . You will then fly back to Nairobi on the tenth day using Air Kenya or Safarilink Air services.
Itinerary
Day 1
Nairobi- Mara:
Pick up from airport by our tour manager then a safari briefing, and transfer to the Wilson Airport and fly to Masai Mara game reserve, which is commonly known for the 'big five'.
The Maasai Mara, now The New 7the wonder of the world and 4th preferred tourist destination in the world is a home to wildlife in such abundance and variety that it is difficult to imagine. The most spectacular event of the natural world takes place here; The annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture while being followed on their heels by the predators of the savanna; lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures.
It hosts over 450 species of animals which include lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephants.
Dinner and overnight at the Mara Springs camp or similar.
Day 2
Mara
Pre-breakfast morning game drive which gives you the chance to see animals hunting, thereafter back to the lodge for lunch. Afternoon you can choose to go for game drive or relax by the pool or visit the Maasai villages.

Day 3
Mara
A full day spent game viewing across the rich tree stubbed grasslands and rolling hills. The Masai Mara is renowned for its great herds of plain game, black manned lion, leopard and cheetah and every type of wildlife in Kenya.
The wildebeests are the most dominant inhabitants of the Masai Mara. Their numbers are estimated in the millions. The great migration starts in July each year when well over one million wildebeest along with large numbers of Thompson's gazelles, zebra and other herbivores migrate from the Serengeti plains in Tanzania to fresh pastures in the north and then back south again in October.
Dinner and overnight at the Mara Springs camp or similar.
Day 4
Mara-Nakuru
After breakfast check out and have an en route game drive as you drive into the Great Rift Valley. Arrive in Nakuru national park in time for lunch. After lunch proceed for an evening game drive in the park, which has some rare animals like white rhinos and Rothschild giraffes.
Dinner and overnight at Lion Hill Lodge or similar.
Day 5
Nakuru
Pre-breakfast morning game drive which gives you the chance to see animals hunting, thereafter back to the lodge for lunch. Afternoon you can go for game drive or relax by the pool or visit the Masai villages.
There have been some 95 species of mammals, amphibians and reptiles and over 400 birds species recorded on the Masai Mara Reserve. Nowhere in Africa is wildlife more abundant, and it is for this reason a visitor hardly misses to see the big five (buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion and rhino.)
Dinner and overnight at Lion Hill Lodge or similar.
Day 6
Nakuru-Samburu
Pre-breakfast morning game drive, then proceed to the lake where you have the chance to see the thousands of flamingoes and many more species of birds. Noon check out for northern Kenya past the Aberdare ranges. Arrive at Samburu National park early in the evening as you have en-route game drive.
Dinner and overnight at Ashnil camp or similar.
Day 7
Samburu
Spend the whole day in Samburu slopes which has rare reticulated giraffes and plenty of the family.
Dinner and overnight at Ashnil camp or similar.
Day 8
Samburu-Amboseli
In the morning after breakfast proceed to the airstrip for your flight to the Amboseli national park arriving in time for check in at Porini camp.
Dinner and overnight at Porini camp or similar.
Day 9
Amboseli
Spend the whole day in Amboseli where you can have a chance to a clear view of the famous mt. Kilimanjaro. The park is famous for the biggest elephants.
Amboseli is renowned for its huge elephant herds. Africa's highest Mountain - Mt Kilimanjaro sits on the upper slopes of Amboseli National park. Mt. Kilimanjaro snow white peak lies across the border in Tanzania. Seeing the Kilimanjaro hovering above the clouds in the early hours of the morning is quite an experience. For the enthusiastic photographer, animal pictures arising against the dramatic backdrop of the mountain is quite a thrill. Apart from the Elephants, Amboseli is a home to; buffalos, black rhinos, zebras, wildebeest and other plain animals.
Dinner and overnight at Porini camp or similar.
Day 10
Amboseli-Nairobi
Transfer to the airstrip after breakfast and a pre breakfast game drive and depart for Nairobi at Wilson airport. Enjoy a complimentary lunch at the famous Carnivore restaurant depending on your flight schedule, drop off at airport.
End of safari.
