Day 1
ADDIS ABABA
Arrive at Addis Ababa Bole international airport meet by one of our representatives and transfer to your hotel Overnight Ghion Hotel
Day 2
LANGANO
After lunch break leave for the Abijata-Shalla National Park where more than 400 species have been recorded, en route vist the crator lake of Debrezeit. Overnight Bekele Molla Hotel
Day 3
ARBAMINCH
Drive to Arbaminch âand we visit the Dorze village, one of the many small group of tribes in southern Ethiopia. Once warriors, the Dorze are now turned to farming and weaving to earn a living. Overnight Bekele Molla Hotel
Day 4
ARBAMINCH
After break fast drive to Nech Sar National Park for game viewing. After lunch break in the afternoon head to Lake Chamo for a visit of Hippos and Crocodile market. Overnight Bekele Molla Hotel
Day 5
JINKA
Drive to Jinka -- An excellent day to meet the people and visit the markets of Benna and Ari people in Kako, take photographs with them and learn of a culture that has had very little outside influence Overnight Jinka Resort
Day 6
JINKA-MAGO- MURSI
An interesting day seeing how the lifestyle of bygone days is still being lived. Day excursion to Mago National Park to visit Mursi village and people Overnight Jinka Resort
Day 7
MURULLE- Key Afer Market-Thursday
Turmi is going to be our base for the next three days as we explore the different regions, markets and meet the different tribes who live a life of their own. In the morning we will drive to key Afer to visit the Markets of Benna, Ari and Tsemay tribes Overnight Camping Turmi
Day 8
TURMI-MURULLE
This day we drive towards the Murulle area to see the Karo ethnic group, experts in body painting, using clays and locally available vegetable pigments to trace fantastic patterns on each other's faces, chests, arms and legs. Karo men also sculpt and shave their hair into extravagant shapes, with special ochre "caps" of hair usually containing several ostrich feathers. Overnight Turmi Camping
Day 9
TURMI-DIMEKA MARKET Saturday Dimeka Market
In the morning drive to Omo rate and crossing the Omo River by boat to visit the Galab village in the bank of the lower Omo valley. In the afternoon we drive towards the Dimeka area to see the market of Benna, Tsemay and Hamer ethnic group, experts in body painting. Overnight Turmi camping
Day 10
TURMI âKONSO
Drive from Turmi to Arbaminch on the way visit Erbore village, this is the settlement for the Erbore tribes having similar characteristics with the Borena Oromo and a visit of Konso village. An excellent day to meet the people, take photographs with them and learn of a culture that has had very little outside influence. Overnight Bekele Molla Hotel
Day 11
AWASSA
1 after break fast drive to Awassa, the capital city of the southern region, which is very popular in fish market and its volcanic lake. We will visit the fish market and a boat trip on the lake to see endemic birds and the market area, Overnight Wabishebelle Hotel
Day 12
BALE GOBA
Drive to Goba on the highest road and on the highest moorland in Africa. Birding along the way will allow seeing:Golden backed wood pecker White backed Titand endemic Nyala.Minilik Bush buck and warthog inn the park with other wild animals. Overnight Wabishebelle Hotel
Day 13
BALE MNT NATIONAL PARK
Full day birding and games viewing in Bale Mountains National Park and return to Goba with a chance to see: Lammergeyer Abyssinian Catbird along the way and Endemic Red fox. Overnight Wabishebelle Hotel
Day 14
ADDIS ABABA
4 drive back to Addis Ababa and afternoon shopping and In the evening have traditional Dinner and traditional dancing show. Overnight Ghion Hotel
Day 15
DEPARTURE
Day 15- this day you will transfer to Airport for Departure.

- Highlights of the Tour
The Omo Valley and Bale Mountain National park: It is the most spectacular Scenery of Ethiopian Landscapes; Tribal villages, beautiful people and customs, colorful markets, traditions, ceremonies, safaris, National parks, wild life, boat trips, crater lakes, rift valley lakes Little adventurous:
Wild animals: Ethiopian Wolf (endemic), Rock hyrax (endemic) and Klipspringer are usually seen in reasonable numbers, and Mountain Nyala (endemic) usually once each trip at these high altitudes. Birds are frequent, especially water birds on the lakes and streams.
Scenery: The scenery is always there, together with peace and solitude, a gentle pace, a sturdy, sure-footed mount, and the time to stop, think, look-or simply â€switch-off†for a while! Cool, pure mountain air, simple camp life-and an experience of a lifetime.
Accommodation: (2-3 stars), 4 stars in Addis Ababa, camping in the camping site as stated in the itinerary
Temperature: 25 degrees in the town stated in the itinerary but more than 25 degree centigrade in Turmi area
Clothing and other items: light clothes-shirt, khakis, sun-hat, sunglasses, sleeping bag of your own, UV protection, torch and spare batteries
Meals: All meals are organized by the cook in the camping. Meals are nutritious, filling and drawing on local fresh produce where possible .Please advise us of any special dietary requirements in advance.
