Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival at Cairo International Airport, meet/assist and transfer to your hotel and overnight.

Day 2

Breakfast, full day tour of Memphis, Sakkara, the Great Pyramids of Giza, the Valley Temple and the Sphinx. Transfer to the railway station for your train to Aswan, overnight at the train.

Day 3

Arrival to Aswan. Transfer to your hotel, then visit by felucca the Elephantine Island, Botanical Garden, and view of Aga Khan Mausoleum, return to the hotel and overnight.

Day 4

Breakfast, visit the High Dam, the unfinished Obelisk and Philea Temple. Transfer to the railway station and depart by train to Luxor. Transfer to your hotel and overnight.

Day 5

After breakfast cross the Nile to the west bank visiting Valley of the Kings and Queens, Hatshepsut Temple and the Colossi of Memnon. In the afternoon visit the Temples of Karnak and Luxor. Transfer to the railway station and depart by train to Cairo, overnight at the train.

Day 6

Arrival to Cairo. Transfer to your hotel, then full day tour to visit the Egyptian Museum, the Citadel of Salah El Din with the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali, Old Cairo and Khan El Khalili Bazaar, return to the hotel and overnight.

Day 7

Breakfast, transfers from the hotel to Cairo International airport for final Departure.

Rising from the shimmering desert heat, Cairo is an intoxicating blend of cultures, history and peoples, which has fascinated travelers from earliest times. Much has been written and said about this incredible city, but to experience it for oneself, is to take home everlasting memories of the city known as "the mother of the World".

Aswan is the southern-most city in Egypt, located 800 km south of Cairo at the first of six cataracts on the Nile. The city is an old commercial town and in antiquity it was known under the name of Syene.

Since construction of the Aswan Dam the city has become an important industrial centre with steel, aluminium and chemical industries based on the electrical power drawn from the turbines of the Dam.

Luxor Egypt is located in upper Egypt 675 km south of Cairo on the right bank of the Nile river.

Luxor includes the village of Karnak (Karnak Temple) to the northeast and the ancient monuments and the burial ground, Valley of The Kings, on the other side of the Nile and, of course, the Luxor Temple. Ancient Egypt Temples KARNAK

The Karnak Temple is located on the east side of the Nile, just north of the Temple of Luxor. The temple of Karnak was known as Ipet-isut (most select of places) by the ancient Egyptians. It is a city of temples built over 2000 years and dedicated to the Theben triad of Amun, Mut and Khonsu.
