Day 1

we pick you up from Alexandria port, airport or train station,your tour guide will be holding a sign with your names written on (Mr. & Ms. Schneck), First visit Pompay's Pillar , It was constructed in honor of the Emperor Diocletian at the end of the 4th century . Originally from the temple of the Serapis.. Then proceed to Quitbay Citadel which was built on the site of the ancient pharos ( light house of Alexandria ) have your lunch in a local restaurant . Visit the Catacombs which are the largest Roman Cemetery consisting of three levels cut in the rock,pay a visit to the Library of Alexandria,stop infront one of the biggest and oldest mosques in Alexandria (The mosque of Abo Elabbas),drive along the Corniche back to your departure point.
