Nearby Attractions: Nearby Ogden, 35 miles from Salt Lake City, is filled with history. It was originally, where good Mormon families came to raise their children in peace, but historic 35th Street gave them a view of life on the other side, so to speak, when prostitutes and opium dens ran the length of the muddy street.
Today the town has a new Amphitheatre and Plaza for Arts, a professional baseball team, and enough energy to entertain the most jaded visitor.
|
| Aprés-Ski: Powder Mountain offers night skiing along with the options for relaxing and kicking back. With the fast paced city of Salt Lake on the front door, as well as the smaller towns of Eden and Ogden, there are restaurants, clubs, and bars, as well as cultural activities, on hand for all visitors.
