Villars is linked to Les Diablerets, and its signature feature is its mountain railway that links Villars with Bex and Bretaye. The majority of the runs are best suited for beginners and intermediates, with only a small number of off-pistes for available for experts. Snow boarders will love the 2 boarding parks, as well as the off-piste found at the glacier
The town also has a good ski school that caters for people of all ages. Villars is more modern that Les Diablerets, but still retains soome of its picturesque charm. The Apres Ski scene is quite lively, with a good nightlife scene and a number of non-ski activities on offer. |
