Verbier is the best destination in the Four Valleys domain and has access to 400km of pistes. There are a wide variety of runs for beginners and intermediates, as well as unlimited off-pistes and excellent black runs for experts. Verbier also has a specialist park for snow boarders. There is also an outstanding ski school catering to all levels of expertise.
Verbier also has some of the most beautiful scenery and views of the surrounding mountains. The Apres ski scene is excellent, with many restaurants; a lively nightlife; and many non-ski activities on offer. |

Nearby Attractions: There are a number of attractions in Verbier, a good place to start sightseeing is at the Alpine Area Museum, which has many exhibitions on the history of the Alpine area and its town. Another sight not to be missed is the Chapel of Le Hameau, which was built in 1985 by Pierre Dorsaz and has an amazing organ consisting of 3000 components.
Both of these are found in the Hammlet of Verbier, which is filled with a number of other interesting sights that are well worth checking out. |
Aprés-Ski: The Apres Ski scen in Verbier is quite lively with many non-ski activities on offer, including a sports centre; a swimming pool; an ice rink; saunas; and hot tubs.
The nightlife, although a bit limited, is lively and fun with a number of bars and clubs that are worth checking out. There are also an extensive number of shops that sell a wide variety of goods, as well as offer equipment for rent
