Sestriere is possibly the best ski resort in the Milky Way, and was the first purpose-built village in the Alps. Its high altitude provides excellent snow conditions, which is assisted by widespread snowmaking. The runs cater for all levels of skiing abillity, with excellent on-pistes for beginners and intermediates, as well as great black runs and off-pistes for experts.

There is also a good park for snow boarders. The resort offers a wide range of non-ski activities, with a lively Apres Ski scene and a wide choce of restaurants. This is a great place for an unforgettable skiing holiday.
