Colfosco is part of the Alta Badia ski area and also is a linked to the Sella Ronda circuit. This is one of the bigger villages in the Italian Alps, and has a lively Apres Ski, with a wide variety of bars; hotels; and restaurants. The majority of the runs favour beginners and intermediates, while experts can take a short trip to Arabba to experience some of the toughest runs in the Italian Alps.
Snowboarders also have some good runs to choose from, but experts should also go to Arabba. This is a great place to go for a skiing holiday, with many good runs and a fun, party atmosphere. |

Nearby Attractions: Colfosco has a few nearby attractions worth visiting, a good place to start off sightseeing is at the Pic' Museo Ladin, which houses a number of exhibits about the history of the Val Badia region.
There are also a number of churches that are worth visiting, including the Sospirolo.
There are also a number of walking trails, which take you through the beautiful landscape surrounding the resort. |
Aprés-Ski: Colfosco has a lively Apres Ski scene. The resort has a few nightclubs and bars, which all provide top notch party venues for those who want to have fun and get down after a hard day's skiing
There are also a number of shops, which sell almost anything you could need or want, as well as have equipment for hire. Corvara also has some of the best mountain restaurants, which all serve a range of excellent traditional and Italian cuisine. |
