Brixen is situated in the Val d'Isarco in the Alto Adige region of Italy, just south of Austria. The resort itself is a mixture of Italy and Austria, with the majority of the locals speaking German, eventhough the village has been part of Italy since the end of WWI. The majority of the runs are best suited for beginners and intermediates, although there are a few black runs and great off-pistes for experts if they are willing to do a bit of travelling.

Apre Ski in Brixen is a bit on the quiet side, but that is part of the attraction of this quiet and charming 1000 year old medieval village. The resort also has a few non-ski activities on offer. All in all, this is a great place to go for an unforgettable skiing holiday.
