The Stuben Ski area is situated in the Albona mountain. The resort features the largest number of downhill runs in the region and offers visitors a total of 10 slopes and 7 lifts which cater predominantly for intermediates. Snowboarders are also well catered for with a well equipped specialised boarding park.

The Apre ski scene is very laid-back and relaxed and offers only a limited amount of other activities besides skiing. There is a small selection of bars and nightclubs available, as well as a few shops and some nice restaurants specialising in traditional and international cuisine. The resort is also home to a lovely leisure center equipped with a sauna. For the nature-lovers there is an extensive range of beautiful walking trails just waiting to be explored.

Nearby Attractions: The nearest town of Bludenz offers visitors a great selection of entertainment, should they wish to take a bit of a break from skiing. The town is home to a selection of museums, historical sites, churches and monuments. The Puppen- und Spielzeugmuseum is a great place to visit for a family outing. The museum is home to a great selection of displays of interesting dolls and toys.

The site of the Burgruine Sonnenberg is another place which should definitely not be missed. The castle was originally built in 1409 and has been left in ruins since a fire completely destroyed it in 1437. Other places of interest is the Schwefelquelle fountain, the Dalaas Church and the Marienkapelle chapel.
