The Pitzal Glacier is a beautiful resort, situated South of the Austrian town of Imst. The resort features a total of 20 lifts, 40 slopes and 60km of cross-country skiing, which is mainly predominantly favoured by intermediates and beginners. The resort is also home to an excellent ski school which caters well for children and beginners.

The resort offers a great Apre ski scene which is sure to offer loads of entertainment for both young and old. There is a good selection of bars and nightclubs available, as well as a large amount of shops and excellent restaurants offering a delicious selection of traditional Austrian and international cuisine.

Nearby Attractions: The Pitzal Glacier resort is situated South of the nearest town of Imst. There is a good selection of attractions and activities available for those who wish to take a break from skiing.

Antoniusbrunnen Fountain is an excellent place to start off a day of sightseeing. The fountain features a statue of a monk carrying baby Jesus. The statue dates back to the 19th century and was built by Josef Alois Baldauf.

The Church in the Capuchine monastery is another site well worth a visit. The church was originally built in 1680 and was reconstructed and rebuilt in 1825 after being destroyed by a fire. The church is home to the most beautiful paintings and crucifixes.
