The Innsbruck ski resort has twice been the battlefield for Olympic Medals, during the 1964 and 1976 Winter Olympics. The resort offers a total of 57 slopes, which cater mainly for beginners, as well as skiers on intermediate level.
The park caters excellently for snow boarders, featuring 4 parks and a couple of halfpipes.
The Apre Ski scene is pretty lively, offering an outstanding selection of bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs. |

Nearby Attractions: Should you wish to take a bit of a break from the skiing scene, you can venture into the nearest town of Innsbruck. The 800 year old town offers visitors a wonderful combination of history and culture.
There are many different attractions available such as museums, cathedrals, churches and historical buildings. The Alpenzoo is a good place to visit for a day of family fun. The local theatre offers magnificent concerts and theatrical productions, such as brass band concerts and Baroque operas. |
Aprés-Ski: The Apre ski scene is very lively and pretty well equipped. The resort offers loads of entertainment after a long day of skiing. These include a large number of shops and a substantial amount of excellent restaurants. The nightlife is also well catered for, consisting of a total of 41 bars and 14 nightclubs
The resort is also home to a wonderful bowling alley, which ensures great entertainment for the entire family. The resort features a sports and leisure club, which is equipped with a gym, a large indoor swimming pool, a sauna and hot tubs. There are also numerous walking trails available, as well as hand gliding and paragliding facilities. |
