Rock & Roll Hall of Fame & Museum - Tourist Attraction
Located in downtown Cleveland at 1 Key Plaza, the fantastic glass and porcelain pyramid that is the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, has contributed extensively to Cleveland’s re-emergence and sloughing off of the doldrums.

With its recent addition of the Jimi Hendrix Surround Sound Theatre and Exhibit, and its multimedia collection of films and displays, the story of rock is brilliantly documented.

Cleveland Metroparks Zoo - Tourist Attraction
Located at 3900 Wildlife Way, off 1-71, between W. 25th St. and Fulton Rd, this zoo is a good place to take the children for a few hours of entertainment. Recently the zoo added a $30-million multilevel Rainforest to its list of exhibits, which has animals and insects from all seven continents. Admission is $9 adults, $4 children.

Slavic Village Harvest Festival - Local Festival or Holiday
Celebrated since 1978, this festival is held from the 4th Saturday in August yearly, and is a tribute the city’s Slavic heritage in southeast Cleveland’s historic "Warszawa" neighbourhood. Polka dancing, music, rides on Lolly the Trolley, and delicious traditional Slavic foods, are the order of the day.

Cedar Point Amusement Park - Tourist Attraction
Located at 1 Cedar Point Dr. (U.S. 250), Sandusky. This amusement park is frequently named the best in the world, and with 68 rides and 15 roller coasters, it is a strong possibility. When in Cleveland take a ride on the Wicked Twister, the first double-twisting impulse coaster with 450-degree corkscrews, and all the other amazing instruments of fun-filled self-inflicted torture.

Six Flags Worlds of Adventure - Tourist Attraction
Located at 1060 N. Aurora Rd, Aurora, phone 30/562-8303, previously the Geauga Lake Amusement Park, Six Flags recently implemented an $80-million expansion and acquired the neighbouring Sea World Cleveland, which makes the park unique. There are some truly amazing experiences to be had at the park, with the Superman Ultimate Escape, which is a vertical spiral impulse coaster, with two free-fall vertical drops, and X-Flight, the flying roller coaster, with loops spins and spirals down a 115 ft hill at 50 miles an hour.

Cleveland Botanical Garden - Natural Attraction
located in University Circle, 11030 East Boulevard, visitors can explore 10-acres of award-winning gardens at their leisure. Then spend time in the Glasshouse, with its two distinct ecosystems and wonderful display of plants. The glasshouse has a waterfall that flows in the misty cloud forest of Costa Rica, and butterflies flit amongst the exotic blooming orchids. Admission is Adult $7, Children (3-12) $3, Children under 3 Free, Groups (15 or more) $5.50.

Gravity Games - Children’s Activity
Held from the 2nd Wed of every September, this action sports, music, and lifestyle happening includes such exciting events as Freestyle BMX, Freestyle Motorcross, Street Luge, Skateboarding and Wakeboarding. At night there is music, interactive games, and a general feel good, party atmosphere.

Cleveland Museum of Natural History - Cutural Attraction
Located at 1 Wade Oval Dr, University Circle, this fine museum recently opened the $6.9-million, sphere-shaped Shafran Planetarium, adding a new dimension to the already excellent amenities. Tremont - Cultural Attraction
