 Mathew Street Festival - Local Festival or Holiday |
This music festival has been running in the city centre for 11 years. At the end of August over 3 days and is Europe's largest free annual festival. The bands are mainly copies of the original Merseyside Beat of the 60s and much more nostalgia. Over 200 bands on a number of stages have spilled on to adjacent streets. You will be singing along and dancing in the streets.

 Merseyside Maritime Museum - Cutural Attraction |
Albert Dock is where you will find this fascinating museum that traces Liverpool's history from being a major port till today.The 6 floors of exhibits include slave trade, emigration, an eerie recreated dockside street and some artefacts from the Titanic. There is a small Customs and Excise Museum attached, displaying a wide array of confiscated items. Free admission.

 Ferry Cross the Mersey - Tourist Attraction |

The guided tour takes you into the changing room (Not on matchdays), walk down the tunnel to the recorded sounds of 50,000 voices.
