Musee de I'Annonciade (Musee St-Tropez) - Cutural Attraction |
Place Grammont, near the harbour. The museum is housed in the former chapel of the Annonciade. It was opened in 1995 and contains one of the best modern art collections in the Riviera.
The museum displays paintings and sculptures by Bonnard; Matisse; Braque; Dufy; Utrillo; Seurat; Derain; and Maillol.
The museum is open June to September Wednesday to monday from 10h00 - 12h00 and 15h00 - 19h00; October and December to May Wednesday to Monday from 10h00 - 12h00 and 14h00 - 18h00. Admission is $6.40 for adults; and $3.70 for children. |

Maison des Papillons - Cutural Attraction |
| 9 rue Etienne Berny. The House of Butterflies is one of the most amazing places to visit in St Tropez, and it is housed in an antique house. On display are a wide selection of butterflies from France that were collected by Dany Lartigue over the past ten years. There are over 4,500 different species on display, some of which are almost extinct. There are also photographs and aouvenirs on sale. The House of Butterflies is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10h00 - 12h00 and 14h30 - 19h00. Admission is $3.65 and free for children under 10. |

Fete de la Bravade - Local Festival or Holiday |
| All around town. This is one of the main events of the year in St Tropez, and was originally a procession to honour one of the town's patron saints, now it is a colourful Provencal festival. The festival is held every year in May and dates back to the 15th century. The main event of the festivities is when a bust of the patron saint is carried in a procession through the town with a guard of honour; accompanied by gun salvos; and Provencal singing and dancing. |

| This beautiful beach in a small cove is the closest beach to town, and is a great place for the whole family to have some fun in the sun; sand; and surf. The beach is within walking distance from town, although it's much quicker to drive. There are a few shops and restaurants near the beach front, that sell almost anything you could need or want. |

| Place des Lices. Every Tuesday and Saturday the Place des Lices is transformed into one of the biggest markets in Provence. Locals erect stalls and sell a wide range of products, including arts and crafts; fish; souvenirs; local foods; antiques; and much more. The market is a must for anyone visiting St Tropez, wandering through the stalls and bargaining with the hawkers is a fun way to spend and afternoon. |

| Located just out of St Tropez. This is another one of the excellent beaches found near St Tropez, and it's easily reached by car or bike. The beautiful beach offers fun for the whole family, you can relax and soak up the sun on the beach or head into the water to have some fun in the sruf. There are also many shops and restaurants located on the beachfront that offer a wide range of products. This beach is well worth the trip out of town. |

Scuba Diving - Sporting Activity |
Quartier de Bertaud. Les Octopussys offer scuba diving tours to show you the azure-colored depths off the coast of St Tropez. They cater for both the experienced divers and novice divers; and provide supervision for all novices.
They offer tours all year round from St Tropez's Nouveau Port. Prices are around $36 for experienced divers for a one tank exploration dive and $50 for novices, which includes one-on-one supervision and a descent to a depth of around 5m.
