There are several restaurants in the surrounding villages ranging from good old American wholesome cooking to Italian, Gourmet, Tex Mex and all stops in between.. Red Fox in Bondville is where you'll meet the locals who bop to live weekend music. The Foggy Goggle in the same town is also busy. The Perfect Wife, in Manchester rocks with top local bands. Mulligans has a few interesting hangouts like the Green Door Pub.
Another resort that has been set up for family holidays. The mountain's southern face is sunny all day long and is unique in the state. The perfect place to learn as they boast of a fine ski school. This resort is not restricted to beginners though and everyone should enjoy and be challenged by the variety of runs. Plenty of accommodation is available on the mountain or local village of Manchester. Snowboarders will enjoy their park and can use the pistes. Snowmobiles, skating, and snowshoeing are enjoyable alternative sports. Horse drawn buggies are fun (But not for the horse)
