Frazier Avenue/River Street Shopping District - The trendiest shops in town are found along the Tennessee Riverfront. Frazier Avenue/River Street Shopping District is a collection of world-class shops and boutiques, art galleries and specialty stores, restaurant and café that are all nestled into old homes and warehouse buildings. Chattanooga Choo Choo Chattanooga Choo Choo is the place that inspired the old Glen Miller song and is Chattanooga's oldest tourist destination. The train has now been transformed into a hotel, museum, convention center, restaurant and more. Visitors can sleep in the train car, ride on a horse drawn carriage or dine in the fabulous dining car.

Rock City Gardens Locates on the summit of Lookout Mountain, Rock City's an amazing and breathtaking assortment of gardens that offer fabulous views of the city. The area offers a swinging bridge and Mother Goose's Nursery that will fascinate children. For a more scenic view take a hike on one of the many natural trials in the area.

Coolidge Park - Coolidge Park is a local favorite spot and offers many interesting things to do. Children will enjoy riding the hand-carved carousel, splashing around in the fountain with stone horses, or watching a special event on of the two stages.
