Rock and Roll Hall Fame - This famous Hall of Fame was first established in 1986 in Cleveland and put Cleveland on the map as the home of Rock and Roll. If you love music and especially rock and roll then this is one place you don't want to miss while in Ohio. Visitors can wander through exhibits, listen to music, watch films and look through legendary memorabilia. Admission is $17 for adults, $11 for children and free for children less than 8 years of age.
Blue Ridge Parkway Ride, stroll or drive through the most traveled parkway in the nation's National Park Systems. The road winds through steep mountainous terrain and goes through to the Smoky Mountains in neighboring North Carolina. Popular with locals the parkway is open year round, as long as the weather does not become too treacherous.
Great Lakes Science Center Visiting the largest hands-on science centers in the country is just the beginning of your excitement at the Great Lakes Science Center. If science is your passion then the interactive exhibits that cover numerous topics will blow your mind. View an 8-foot tall tornado, pilot a blimp or take a turn at virtual soccer. Visitors to the center should also take in a film at the Omniplex Theater. Children and adults of all ages will love the Science Center.
