Rafferty's Restaurant & Bar Located at 1939 Scottsville Road, this restaurant offers hickory smoked barbecue ribs and chicken, steak and prime rib, served with excellent salads and soups. Also providing burgers and sandwiches, Rafferty's has something for everyone, including a relaxed atmosphere and first-rate service.
