Moscow Parks & Gardens
Berman Creekside Park - 338 Styner Avenue. This beautiful park covers an area of 4.17 hectares, and is a great place to take the whole family for a break from the hectic city life. The park has beautiful plants and trees that line the banks of Paradise Creek. There are also play areas for children and picnic areas.
East City Park - Third Street and Hayes Street. The spacious and beautiful park covers 7 acres, and is a great place to take the whole family on a fun day out. The park has many facilities on offer, including a play area for children; coverd picnic areas; a playground; restrooms; basketball courts; and volleyball courts.
Moscow Restaurants and Bars
The Breakfast Club - 510 South Main. As the name suggests, this is the place in Moscow to go for breakfast. They serve a wide range of American and Contintal breakfasts all day long, so if you wake up late after a night out you can still have an early bird breakfast.
The Broiler - Inside the University Inn. This is possibly the best restaurant in town, and is very popular with locals and tourists alike. They serve a wide range of excellent traditional American dishes, something a little different from the usual burgers and steaks. This is a great place for an unforgettable dining experience.
McDonald's - 862 Troy Road. Everyone has heard of Mickey D's, if been there at least once in their life time. This is the place to go to have a quick, all American meal on the go, you don't even have to get out of your car to order. The children can also have some fun in the children's play area.
Moscow Bars & Clubs
The Slurp & Burp - 3225 Robinson Park Road. This is one of the most popular bars in town, and is frequented by a mixed crowd of locals and tourists. This is a great place to go and have a few drinks and have some fun. As the name suggests, anything goes, just have fun.
Garden Lounge - 313 South Main. This quiet and cozy bar is a great place to go and sit back; relax; and have a few drinks. It is popular with the more reserved locals, and is a great place to have a slightly more relaxed evening out, while meeting some of the locals.
John's Alley Tavern - 114 East 6th Street. This tavern is one of the oldest in town, and is very popular with the older generation of locals. They serve a wide range of beers; wines; and spirits. This is a great place to relax, have a drink and mix with some of the locals.
